Recruiting Services
THE CHALLENGE: Finding the right person for the job can be a time consuming and expensive task. And, if you don’t find the right person, you’re back at square one, which means more time and more expense.

OUR SERVICES: We offer two recruitment packages for you to choose from.
Package A: Full Recruitment Services
- Developing job description and job posting (templates are kept by the client);
- Advertising and other recruitment activities;
- Screening all applicants;
- Conducting first interview with appropriate applicants;
- Short-listing appropriate applicants to the best two (2) to four (4), depending upon client preference;
- Arranging second interviews with client and applicant;
- Providing advice and assistance with the creation of second interview;
- Participating in second interview;
- Conducting two (2) reference checks for the selected applicant;
- Obtaining proof of required licences and certifications for selected applicant;
- Creating and presenting offer letter to selected applicant.
Cost: $5000 per placement. No fees are charged unless a job offer has been accepted.
Package B: Standard Recruitment Services
- Advertising and other recruitment activities;
- Screening all applicants;
- Conducting first interview with appropriate applicants;
- Short-listing appropriate applicants to the best two (2) to four (4), depending upon client preference;
- Arranging second interviews with client and applicant;
- Conducting one (1) reference check for the selected applicant;
- Obtaining proof of required licences and certifications for selected applicant;
- Creating and presenting offer letter to selected applicant.
Cost: $4000 per placement. No fees are charged unless a job offer has been accepted.
Our Guarantee: With both recruitment packages you get our eighteen (18) week placement guarantee. If, before eighteen (18) weeks from the date that the selected applicant accepts the position, either the client or the applicant determines that the placement is not suitable, we will conduct a new search and replace the applicant with no additional placement fee. This guarantee is valid with the replacement of the first placed applicant.
Members Only Resources
Our Members Only Resource section is reserved for those clients who want unlimited access to our resources. Most resources require only minor revisions to personalize them for your business.
