Consultation Services:
- Job Interview Preparation: This is a very personalized service. In person or by telephone, we’ll take you through a mock interview for a job you have applied for and spend time providing feedback and coaching during and after the interview. This is a great way to go into the interview feeling confident and prepared. All you have to do is provide us with the job advertisement or the job description. We’ll do the rest. Duration: approximately 2 hours. Cost: $150
- Employee Rights, Harassment and Other Issues: This is a very personalized service. Contact us by email info@MC-HRsolutions.com and we will telephone you to discuss your issue. We’ll provide you with suggestions of how to deal with the issue, an outline of your rights, and any other related resources (letters, meeting “scripts”, etc.). Duration: varies, depending upon the issue. Cost: $45.00 per half hour, or portion thereof. This includes all related resources.
- Career Advice, Career Changes and Development Plans: You tell us what your career goal is and we’ll do the homework. We’ll research on the best way to achieve your goal, including educational requirement, contacts, and any other ways to stand out from the crowd. We’ll put together a step by step plan to help you achieve your goal. Cost: $150.
- Resume and Cover Letter Advice: We’ve hired 1000’s of employees and seen 10,000’s of resumes. We know what stands out to an employer. We’ll review your resume and make sure it clearly shows what you want it to show. We’ll also personalize your cover letter for the job you are applying for. Send us your resume and the advertisement or the description of the job you are applying for and we’ll do the rest. Cost: $150. Turnaround Time: We’ll get your resume and cover letter to you within 72 hours of receiving it.

Our Members Only Resource section is reserved for those clients who want unlimited access to our resources. Most resources require only minor revisions to personalize them for your business.
